WhiteAds (referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Company”, “WhiteAds”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the WhiteAds website, mobile applications and related products and services (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, share and protect information relating to users of the Platform (referred to as “you”, “your” or “User”).
Your access to and use of the Platform and Services are subject to this Privacy Policy and the applicable Terms of Service. Because WhiteAds is intended to operate as a verified community, we may collect information necessary to create and verify your account, including your corporate email address, email domain, one-time password (OTP) verification status, and other information reasonably required to confirm eligibility for access to the Platform.
2.3 Transaction and Payment Information
Where you purchase a membership, credits, paid features or other Services, payment-related information may be processed by our authorised payment service providers. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, transaction identifiers and subscription details. We do not store complete payment card or banking credentials.
2.4 Technical Information
Technical Information may be collected automatically when you use the Platform. This may include IP address, device information, browser type, operating system, application or browser version, session information, referring and exit pages, click patterns and other usage or diagnostic information.
2.5 Non-Personal and Aggregated Information
We may collect or generate aggregated, statistical or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you to analyse Platform usage and improve our Services.
